Key Responsibilities
  • Secure tenancies for clients

  • Conduct thorough vacate inspections to assess property condition
  • Coordinate ingoing and routine inspections with dedicated property managers
  • Deliver exceptional client service to both landlords and tenants
  • Proactively manage arrears to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Perform day-to-day tasks related to portfolio management, ensuring seamless operations
