As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a residential portfolio and represent the interests of landlords and tenants with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Leasing of properties is a key responsibility
  • Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews in accordance with current market conditions
  • Completing thorough vacate inspections to ensure accurate reporting
  • Managing ingoing and routine inspections with diligence and attention to detail
  • Delivering exceptional landlord and tenant client service through proactive communication and timely issue resolution
  • Effective arrears management to minimize financial risk
  • Performing other general day-to-day tasks relating to portfolio management with efficiency and effectiveness

  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required for this position
