About the Role

As the Clinic Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every client. Your role extends beyond greeting clients; you will be the initial point of contact for understanding and addressing their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will recommend high-quality skin and treatments, focusing on the best interests of our clients.
  • You will process sales and re-book clients using Zenoti, leveraging your skills to identify sales opportunities.
  • You will handle incoming calls with professional and friendly phone etiquette.
Requirements
  • You should have a passion for customer service and a natural ability to build relationships and rapport with new and returning clients.
  • You should be able to work flexibly, including late nights and weekend shifts.
