Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive sales and motivate their team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values.

  • Drive a selling culture within your team by utilizing data and working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client and cast member matters to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
  • Utilize operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the brand and culture.
Requirements
  • Have a passion to support and lead your team to provide customers with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting elevated positive behaviours.
  • Want to see the success of your leadership by assisting in managing the profit and loss of the store by monitoring stock levels to maximise sales.
  • Are open to driving operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes.
