Lead Sales and Service Team Member

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and service culture with your team by coaching, mentoring and inspiring them from the forefront.

You will actively work on the floor with your team to maintain impeccable standards of service and sales success. This is an interactive business where you need to engage and interact with the public to promote services and products provided.

The successful candidate will possess previous experience in sales & leadership roles, along with demonstrated skills in operations, time management and self-discipline.

Key responsibilities include:
