Job Description

As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment that values employee growth and development. This includes leading, coaching, and supporting the store team to achieve business objectives and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to drive sales performance within the store. Additionally, you will support the Store Manager in planning and executing visual merchandising guides to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a people-first culture that prioritizes employee development and collaboration.
  • Lead and support the store team to achieve business objectives, including sales performance and operational goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees, focusing on professional development and internal progression.
  • Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience through effective use of sale selling steps and customer service techniques.
  • Drive sales performance within the store, meeting or exceeding retail goals and KPIs.
  • Support the Store Manager in planning and executing visual merchandising guides to meet company standards.
