We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead our centralised claims team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our team meets and exceeds contractual obligations and performance targets, while fostering a supportive and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong leadership to the claims team, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Oversee staff performance through regular reviews, setting clear goals, and managing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contractual and legislative requirements, including Outcome and Documentary Evidence Guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team, focusing on time management and efficiency to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Previous experience in a similar claims management or leadership role.
- A satisfactory National Police Check and a current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one).
