Claims Portfolio Manager

This is a long-term career opportunity for an experienced Claims Advisor to manage a varied and complex portfolio of motor claims.

About the Role:

You will work closely with a prestigious commercial client, managing liability disputes and settlements. This role involves end-to-end management of claims from light vehicle to commercial and heavy motor, including total loss and complex liability disputes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large and complex claims portfolio on an end-to-end basis.
  • Negotiate with third parties in respect of liability disputes and settlements.
  • Build strong relationships with external service providers and client stakeholders.
  • Deliver a first-class service experience to your client.

Requirements:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • You have experience managing domestic and/or commercial motor claims, on an end-to-end basis, including total loss, complex liability disputes and settlements.
  • You are eager to learn and grow and committed to your own personal development.
