We're seeking a talented Claims Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide outstanding claims administration and work closely with our Loss Adjusters to deliver results-driven solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and entering new claims into our system
- Updating the system with review notes and additional inputs
- Processing payments
- Assisting with driving claims to settlement
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service in a corporate environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A strong motivation to build a career in insurance
- An openness to new learning experiences
