About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service & Retention Consultant to join our team at Auto & General. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our claims assessors and sales consultants to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, resolving issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in a call centre environment, preferably in general insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and empathetic attitude.
  • A keenness to learn and develop, with a drive for results and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team discussions and activities.
