Customer Service Specialist for Pet Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Take calls from customers to update or change their existing pet insurance policies
- Respond to customer emails and calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly
- Provide support to customers to resolve their queries and concerns
- Obtain and record information accurately
- Liaise with claim assessors and sales consultants as required
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and resolve them through providing a resolution
Requirements:
- Experience in a call center environment, preferably with experience in general insurance or financial services
- A warm and empathetic attitude, along with excellent communication skills
- A keenness to learn and develop, with a drive and passion for results
- A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others and actively participate in team discussions and activities
