Customer Service Specialist for Pet Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take calls from customers to update or change their existing pet insurance policies
  • Respond to customer emails and calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly
  • Provide support to customers to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Obtain and record information accurately
  • Liaise with claim assessors and sales consultants as required
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and resolve them through providing a resolution

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center environment, preferably with experience in general insurance or financial services
  • A warm and empathetic attitude, along with excellent communication skills
  • A keenness to learn and develop, with a drive and passion for results
  • A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others and actively participate in team discussions and activities
