Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Adult Health team at Caulfield Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment and treatment services to clients with cognitive, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients with complex needs.
- Deliver individual and group treatment sessions, including video fluoroscopies, to address cognitive, communication, and swallowing challenges.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Liaise with relevant agencies to coordinate and facilitate client treatment and outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Eligibility for membership of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia.
- Proven experience in Speech Pathology, particularly in subacute and community settings.
- Current Victorian driver's license.
