Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Adult Health team at Caulfield Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment and treatment services to clients with cognitive, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services to clients, including video fluoroscopies
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Liaise with relevant agencies to coordinate and facilitate client treatment and outcomes
- Work within a dynamic and supportive team environment to ensure holistic client care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for membership of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia
- Demonstrated experience in Speech Pathology within subacute and community settings, including video fluoroscopies
- Current Victorian driver's license
