Job Description

To enable a life without limitations, we develop innovative hearing solutions and redefine the future of our industry.

Responsibilities
  • We conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using various techniques including audiometric tests.
  • We document results and make referrals to medical practitioners as required.
  • We provide tailored solutions for those with hearing impairments, including amplification devices, medical interventions and assistive listening technology, along with aural rehabilitation programs.
  • We offer counseling, advice and information to clients and families as part of overall treatment.
  • We collaborate on the development and implementation of noise control and hearing conservation strategies.
  • We treat and manage hearing and communication disorders related to age, disability or injury.
Requirements
  • Audiology qualification from a recognized university or TAFE Audiometry Qualification.
  • Full membership of AudA or ACAud and current QP number.
  • Strong audiological skills and knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering an excellent client experience.
  • Ability to learn new software with training.
  • Proven ability to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development.
  • Effective team working skills.
  • Ability to network with general practitioners and other allied health professionals.
