We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hearing Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team
As a key member of our clinic, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through targeted activities and initiatives
- Efficiently manage appointments using our online scheduling tool
- Assess client eligibility for government funding assistance and health fund rebates
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to encourage maintenance program renewal
- Conduct hearing screening checks (full training provided)
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service roles
- Proven track record of working with older demographics preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and empathy
- Higher School Certificate or TAFE Qualification
- Computer literacy skills
