We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that blends supporting and being one step ahead of the needs of your key clients while also being on the lookout and turning warm leads into key clients.

In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, building strong relationships, managing enquiries, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service. You will collaborate with builders, architects, and installers to support projects from planning through to fulfillment, ensuring every touchpoint is smooth, timely, and professional.

This role is primarily focused on Key Account Management, with responsibilities that include handling inbound requests, following up on quotes, resolving issues, and identifying additional sales opportunities. While much of your communication will be via phone and email, you will also engage with clients face-to-face when needed to maintain rapport and drive long-term partnerships.

You will come from an Account Manager background with experience and success in dealing with significant revenue-based accounts. You may come from a background in aluminium systems, construction materials, or related industries, but what matters most is your professionalism, hunger to meet targets, and ability to build relationships that last.
