Our goal is to deliver exceptional service by maintaining high-quality equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role involves carrying out mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs across various product lines in the field and workshop settings as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring jobs are logged accurately in our service module and all necessary paperwork is completed daily. Additionally, they will monitor and record parts usage.

About The Role

The Field Service Technician will work closely with customers to build and maintain strong working relationships. They will diagnose and repair equipment using sound diagnostic and fault-finding skills, while providing excellent communication and customer service. This role requires the ability to work independently in the field and participate in an on-call roster.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A mechanical trade qualification
  • A current driver's licence
  • Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
