Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in the efficient execution and administration of promotions and offers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promotional Campaign Management & Administration: Support the end-to-end setup and administration of standard monthly promotions and other offers.
  • Cross-functional Campaign Coordination: Facilitate the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with various internal teams.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for both pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality is as expected.
  • System & Process Optimization: Manage our voucher provider for incentive distribution and identify opportunities to implement automations and improve existing processes for greater efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • >2 years' experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience with campaign briefing
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana) and Google Suite
  • Experience with AI and automation tools is highly regarded
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving within defined remits
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures diligently
  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
