Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Excellence Specialist to join our creative team. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in driving operational efficiency and leveraging technology to optimize creative marketing processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in workflow automation, process improvement, and technical best practices. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost efficiency, assessing and managing workflow automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align customer marketing priorities with business goals.
