A regulatory and commercial expert plays a pivotal role in driving market efficiency and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders to influence process design and delivery of operational tools, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include report writing support to ensure regulatory submissions are well-researched and effective, market consultation is thorough, and internal operational processes are aligned and executed in accordance with market rules.
Contributing to industry reform projects through interpretation of market rules and subsequent design development of systems and processes is also a key aspect of this role.
This position requires strong related work experience in the energy industry, with consideration given to relevant commercial, regulatory, and legal experience in related industries.
Mandatory minimum degree qualification in a relevant discipline, such as economics, commerce, finance, or information systems, is also required.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, proactive learner, committed to operational excellence, and passionate about collaborative problem solving.
