Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our residential facility in Gunnedah. As a key member of our Sapphire Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all operational aspects of the facility, including staff management and development
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care standards and government regulations
- Develop and implement operational budgets and manage funding income
- Lead a team of staff to provide quality care and services to residents
- Minimum three years' experience in Aged Care or Health industry
- Experience in managing claims for aged care subsidies and funding
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a workplace culture that exemplifies our mission and values
- Engaging leadership skills and ability to identify and retain talent
- Naturally analytical mindset with strength in applied problem-solving skills
- Competence in budget preparation and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and compliance
- Competitive salary of $130,000 + super and more
