We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facility Operations Manager to join our team at McLean Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our residential facility, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operational aspects of the residential facility, including staff management, budgeting, and compliance with Aged Care standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident services and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Residential Area Manager and other facility managers to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Manage claims for aged care subsidies and funding, and ensure compliance with government standards.
- Minimum three years' experience in Aged Care or Health industry.
- Experience in managing claims for aged care subsidies and funding.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a workplace culture that exemplifies the McLean Care mission and values.
- Engaging leadership skills, with the ability to identify and retain talent.
- Naturally analytical mindset, with a strength in applied problem-solving skills that lead to improved resident services.
- Competence in the preparation and management of operational budgets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience of the effective provision of clinical leadership.
- Demonstrated success in highly regulated environments requiring compliance to government standards.
- An unrestricted driver's license.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- A competitive salary of $130,000 + super and more.
- A fully maintained motor vehicle for private and business use.
- 10% Annual KPI Bonus.
- Salary packaging (up to $18,900 net) to increase your take-home pay.
- Relocation Allowance will be discussed for the right candidate.
