About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Apex Rd Facility in Gunnedah. As a key member of the McLean Care Sapphire Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible level of care is given to each resident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational aspects of the Residential Facility, including staff management and development
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care standards and government regulations
  • Balance operational responsibilities to maximize funding income and operate within budget parameters
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident services and quality of life

Requirements

  • Minimum three years' experience in Aged Care or Health industry
  • Experience in managing claims for aged care subsidies and funding
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate a workplace culture that exemplifies the McLean Care mission and values
  • Engaging leadership skills and ability to identify and retain talent
  • Naturally analytical mindset with a strength in applied problem-solving skills
  • Competence in the preparation and management of operational budgets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience of the effective provision of clinical leadership
  • Demonstrated success in a highly regulated environment requiring compliance to government standards
