Support Customer Service Team

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team. Your main goal will be to ensure the best possible flow of product from Inwards Goods to Dispatch.
Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, responding to customer enquiries, and managing customer expectations. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our business and get a great grounding in hydraulics.
As a customer service superstar, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of an effective team. Knowledge of hydraulics or hoses and fittings is highly regarded but not essential.
