Randstad has partnered exclusively with a reputable manufacturing company Due to an influx of work and projects my client based in Welshpool are needing a Customer Service Officer to join their team

Your Duties:

  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining high quality customer relationships
  • Provides internal and external customer support relating to enquiries and requests
  • Provides the first point of contact for service customers
  • Data entry
  • General administration duties

About you:

  • Extensive experience in administration and customer service
  • Proficient experience using SAP
  • Sales experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
