Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless product flow.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a dynamic customer-facing position. You will be responsible for providing accurate information to customers, processing sales orders, generating quotes, and managing customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer enquiries
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information
  • Process sales orders into our system
  • Generate quotes as requested by customers
  • Manage customer expectations regarding lead times and delays or problems with their orders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service or purchasing experience (although not essential)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics or hoses and fittings is highly regarded (but not required)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
