Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring our staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in supervisory roles within the food and beverage industry, with a strong knowledge of service standards and product offerings. You will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and coach F&B teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through effective service delivery and quality control
  • Liaise closely with departments to ensure consistent service standards across all areas
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage Supervisory roles
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including late finishes and public holidays
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and products
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Management skills and results-oriented approach
