About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers - Avionics Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Australia. As an Avionics Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for performing heavy maintenance activities on the most advanced maritime helicopter in the world.

Based in the beautiful Shoalhaven, this is an exciting opportunity for certifiers and non-certifiers to join an innovative, rapidly growing team. You will be exposed to entire aircraft deeper level, intermediate and operational level maintenance, structural repair, incorporation of major modifications, component inspections, Squadron support mobile repair, aircraft storage and preservation, aircraft painting, and operational test flight support on the flight line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform heavy maintenance activities on the MH-60R (Romeo) fleet
  • Conduct structural repair, incorporation of major modifications, and component inspections
  • Provide Squadron support mobile repair, aircraft storage and preservation, and aircraft painting
  • Support operational test flight on the flight line

About You:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Aeroskills (Avionics)
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance
