About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures Specialist to join our team at The Boeing Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting sheet metal and composite repairs on the EC135 aircraft and its associated components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sheet metal and composite repairs on the EC135 aircraft and its associated components
  • Work alongside other aviation maintenance trades in a diverse range of tasking, including operational, line maintenance, and base maintenance environments
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the applicable Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and certified in the maintenance documentation
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with EH&S policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team, business unit, and organizational goals
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Structures)
  • Previous experience as a maintenance quality inspector or supervisor in an aircraft maintenance environment
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Australian citizenship to obtain a 'Baseline' Security Clearance as per Defence Department requirements
  • Willingness to reside in the Nowra area
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
  • DASA B MAML qualification
  • Previous experience working on rotary wing aircraft
