About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Nowra, NSW. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting sheet metal and composite repairs on the EC135 aircraft and its associated components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sheet metal and composite repairs on the EC135 aircraft and its associated components
  • Work alongside other aviation maintenance trades in a diverse range of tasking, including operational, line maintenance, and base maintenance environments
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the applicable Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and certified in the maintenance documentation
  • Collaborate with co-workers to achieve team, business unit, and organizational goals
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Structures)
  • Previous experience as a maintenance quality inspector or supervisor in an aircraft maintenance environment
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ability to work effectively with co-workers
  • Australian citizenship to obtain a "Baseline" Security Clearance
  • Willingness to reside in the Nowra area
Desirable Criteria
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
  • DASA B MAML qualification
  • Previous experience working on rotary wing aircraft
Security Clearance

You will be required to successfully undergo the vetting process for a Government security clearance (Baseline) sponsored by BDA. You must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information and have the ability to verify your background for whole of life.
