Job Opportunity:

Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading organisation for a minimum 12 month contract. This globally recognised company is seeking a Contract Specialist to join their high-performing team and deliver a range of high-value projects across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex contracts within a well-established and supportive environment, while contributing to the success of major capital projects in the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain end-to-end procurement and contract management across a portfolio of capital contracts.
  • Lead key commercial negotiations and ensure supplier partnerships deliver long-term value.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for projects.
  • Liaise with senior project stakeholders to deliver strategic procurement outcomes.
  • Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks across project lifecycles.
  • Drive supplier performance and contract compliance.
  • Produce high-quality commercial deliverables, including data-driven strategies.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and influence external supplier relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • End-to-end contract management experience, including tendering, evaluation, and negotiation in large capital projects — ideally in mining, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Strategic mindset with risk identification and mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for multidisciplinary teams.
