Job Description

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing contract administration, focusing on head contract management.

This role involves preparing subcontract documents and administering subcontracts accordingly. It also requires evaluating head contract and sub-contract progress claims and approving payment.

The Contracts Administrator will work closely with the Lead Contracts Administrator and the Site-based Contracts Administrator. They will liaise with project planners and engineers to quantify any delay or extension of time requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing job costings, forecasting costs to complete, and producing project cost reports. The Contracts Administrator will also assist in the project closeout.

Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • 5+ years' experience in the construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Experience working on multi-disciplinary construction projects
