**Your Role**: As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer service operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound and outbound inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Performing reception and administrative duties.
- Delivering top-notch customer service.
- Engaging in local marketing activities.
- Adhering to our proven sales processes and guidelines.
- Implementing exciting monthly marketing promotions.
- Motivating and inspiring women to embark on their fitness journeys.
- Attending regular national training sessions to enhance your skills.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A motivated woman with prior sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen learner who loves personal and professional growth.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Someone who thrives on challenges and brings a fun energy to their work.
- Goal-oriented and eager to achieve and exceed targets.
- Must be able to work Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon/evenings.

Pay: $31.50 - $36.00 per hour
