About You

As a passionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker, you'll have a strong background in providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports, and building rapport with participants.

Ideal qualifications include:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent and minimum 12 months experience
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS worker screening check
  • Employee WWCC
  • Valid Driver's License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)
  • Ideally available for overnight shifts and/or Morning Shifts
Compensation Package

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes:

Base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum

Penalty rates: Additional pay for weekend, evening, and public holiday shifts

Annual Leave: Generous paid annual leave entitlements

Superannuation: Contributed superannuation scheme

This role requires a satisfactory background check, which includes Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
