Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor at IPAR, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to return to work and maintain their independence. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing caseloads effectively and providing individualized support to clients

* Applying clinical knowledge to develop and implement return-to-work plans

* Collaborating with employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts to ensure seamless communication and effective case management

* Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field

* Full Membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders

* Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously

* A passion for rehabilitation and a commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives
