CareChoice (Aust) Pty Ltd is a leading disability provider that offers a wide range of services to support individuals with varying needs.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and promoting independence for our participants. You will be responsible for providing person-centred supports, enabling them to reach their goals and participate fully in their communities.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent, a current First Aid & CPR Certificate, and a valid Driver's License with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

The Disability Support Worker role requires a commitment to providing quality services and safeguarding our participants' rights and interests. You will work closely with other professionals to ensure that our participants receive comprehensive and coordinated support.

You will be based in Ballarat and will be required to travel to various locations throughout the region. The successful candidate will have access to a company vehicle, which will be used for work-related purposes.
