At AEIOU, our mission is to empower young children with autism to thrive in life. We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for early intervention and family-focused support.

As a Speech Pathologist at AEIOU, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of education and therapy professionals to deliver high-quality services that cater to the unique needs of each child and family.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assess and develop individualised treatment plans for children with autism
• Deliver speech pathology interventions in centre-based and community settings
• Collaborate with families to enhance their understanding and involvement in their child's therapy
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that reflect best practice in early intervention

**Essential Qualifications:**
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
• Membership or eligibility for CPSP with Speech Pathology Australia
