Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will be working with young children with autism, supporting their growth, communication, and overall quality of life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality early intervention services to young children with autism;
- Working collaboratively with parents and carers to develop and implement individualised plans;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress;
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge;
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent);
- Membership or eligibility for CPSP completed Skills and Competency Assessment with Speech Pathology Australia;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
