About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Sales Representative to join our team at Frontline Retail Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers to ensure they find the perfect product for their needs.
  • Maximize sales by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships by building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
