Leadership Role in Pavements Management

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee the operations and technical direction of the Pavements capability.

  • The successful candidate will drive business growth through effective people, commercial, business development, client relationship management and project performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to the Pavements capability team.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance technical excellence and delivery performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at a national level.
  • Mobilize the Pavements capability nationally to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of industry experience with a proven track record as a manager/lead in similar engineering consulting organizations.
  • A recognized authority in transport infrastructure design markets.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects successfully, build trusting client relationships and produce high-quality tender documents.
  • Effective team management skills with a focus on performance and cohesion.
  • Recognized as a local authority in the sector.
