
Senior Pavement Design Specialist

As a key contributor to our team, you will lead the technical delivery of pavement projects and collaborate closely with other disciplines. This role requires strong knowledge of national pavement design standards, materials, and construction methods. You will prepare and review design reports, specifications, and drawings across all project phases, as well as interpret and review pavement investigation and testing data.
Pavement Engineer OpportunitiesWe are seeking an experienced Pavement Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Apply your specialist knowledge in pavement design to lead projects based on multi-disciplinary teams or manage relevant projects.
- Deliver projects, provide technical leadership, manage design processes, and work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills and the ability to positively influence others. You will also need to possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a genuine focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
