Job Title: Pavement Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Pavement Management Specialist to lead our pavement technical capability in Australia. This is a national role, and we are open to the position being based out of any of our offices across the country.

About the Role:
  • Provide operational direction for the pavement capability to support our vision and values.
  • Ensure capability development and mobilization of the pavement capability nationally.
  • Manage national client relationships.

The successful candidate will have 20+ years' industry experience and be recognized as an authority in the transport infrastructure design market. They will have undertaken manager/lead roles in similar engineering consulting organizations and demonstrated the ability to consistently manage multi-disciplinary projects successfully, build trusting and productive client relationships, produce tender/proposal documents of an excellent standard, and manage a team effectively for performance and cohesion.

Requirements:
  • Strong industry experience with a focus on pavement management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to provide leadership and guidance to teams.
