We are seeking a skilled appointment setter to join our team. If you excel at building rapport, qualifying leads, and booking calls that convert, this may be the perfect fit for you.
The OpportunityThis is a 100% remote role where you will engage warm leads via high-volume outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Outbound Calls: You will qualify leads and schedule them for calls with growth managers, accurately logging appointments in our CRM system.
- Discovery & Scheduling: You will track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules, no-shows, and cancellations.
- Pipeline Management: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve department goals.
- Training Participation: Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with our standards and practices.
- Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, preferably in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends.
