We have 2 unique brands and we want to ensure they are available to everyone and are on the journey to grow our business. We are seeking an APPOINTMENT SETTER, for new business.

**The role**

Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a passion for sales? Are you skilled at building rapport over the phone and persuading potential customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

You will be part of a small team of talented professionals who are dedicated to helping our business to grow. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our business.

You'll create new leads by making contact via phone and set appointments for our Sales Representatives to share our products.

**What we're looking for**:

- We seek an individual with a positive attitude, persistent drive, and unwavering resilience.
- If you thrive on engaging in phone conversations all day (with a goal of 80-100 dial-outs daily), you're the perfect fit
- We value your eagerness to learn, adapt, and excel in the pharmaceutical space.
- You'll relish being part of a cohesive team, celebrating collective achievements along with your personal success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided list.
- Introduce our products and explain their benefits to potential customers.
- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospects.
- Understand our products and the benefits.
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales opportunities in our sales system.
- Achieve daily targets for lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales representative to guide and build conversion rates.

Preferred day of work is Monday.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.53 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Morning shift
