About the Role

As a High Ticket Closer, you'll be responsible for conducting 6-10 (and growing) sales conversations each week. You'll manage and close deals from a warm pipeline of opt-ins, supported by marketing and an Appointment Setter. You'll be self-sufficient in managing your leads and follow-up pipeline, working very autonomously.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-converting strategy calls with qualified leads

  • Manage and nurture your sales pipeline via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM (Pipedrive)

  • Own follow-up process for long-lead prospects

  • Collaborate with the founder fortnightly to review performance and pipeline

  • Proven track record in high-ticket remote sales ideally in a business coaching environment

  • Self-led, proactive, and capable of managing your own sales process without micro-management

  • Comfortable selling to high-performing professionals

  • Strong integrity, ownership, and learning mindset
