IT Global Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive consistent service delivery across our organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will lead and manage a geographically dispersed team, driving service performance through key performance indicators, issue resolution, and process optimisation.
About the Role- Leverage your expertise to develop and implement effective IT strategies, aligning technology with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of a high-performing remote team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field.
- Certified ITIL practitioner with a proven track record of delivering results in complex environments.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT leadership, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
