About the Role

As a Senior Financial Leader, you will oversee the Management Accounting & Business Partnering Team at our organisation. You will be responsible for coordinating and developing the annual budget and quarterly forecast, creating meaningful management reporting for use by Executive and Operational Leads, and enhancing business engagement to ensure accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly reports for executives and operational leaders to analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key costs and business drivers to support decision making, recommending solutions and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance budget and forecasting models, supporting the financial aspects of business case development for new business models, tenders, funding applications, and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to your team and other staff within our organisation to develop financial capability across the board.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Professional accounting membership (CA, CPA, CIMA, or similar).
  • High proficiency with Excel, modelling, and Business Intelligence.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial knowledge effectively.
  • Significant experience in management accounting, activity-based costing, and business analysis.
