About the Role

As the new Senior Financial Leader, you will lead the Management Accounting & Business Partnering Team. You will develop strategic financial plans, create meaningful management reporting, and enhance business engagement to ensure accountability.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly reports for executives and operational leaders to analyse performance against strategic objectives.
  • Undertake detailed analysis of key costs and business drivers to support decision-making.
  • Enhance financial planning models and support financial aspects of business case development.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to your team and other staff within the organisation.
  • Develop, implement, and review policy, procedure, and work practices.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional accounting membership (CA, CPA, CIMA or similar).
  • High level proficiency with Excel, modelling, and BI.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical knowledge effectively.
  • Significant experience in management accounting, activity-based costing, and business analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading successful teams.
  • A flexible, proactive, and self-starter attitude.
