About Us

Our Finance Team is Growing

We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our team in Birtinya, Sunshine Coast. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering financial accounting and reporting functions of our Australian business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis to managers, functional leaders, and executives.
  • Ensuring financial data is prepared and summarised consistently with group processes to support decision making.
  • Contributing to the development of our finance team and knowledge base.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements across all financial processes.

You will bring with you:

  • A strong understanding of business from both a financial and operational perspective.
  • The ability to identify problems, collect and analyse data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Lead and manage end-of-month reporting and analysis.
  • Continuous improvement experience in key accounting processes including system implementations in ERP, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, variance analysis, online balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Finance policies, procedures, and processes including documenting all processes.
  • Ability to assist in budget and forecast processes.
  • Compliance and lodgments (accounting, tax, regulatory).

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of similar experience.
  • CPA/CA qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong technical and professional knowledge.
  • Big 4, large company, or mid-tier background.
