Logistics Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Administration Specialist at Linfox, you will be responsible for ensuring time onsite controls are in place while providing regular communication to key stakeholders as issues arise. You will work with the warehouse and transport team to optimize delivery opportunities and maintain a high level of on-time performance.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Ensure all KPI reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure load planning paperwork pertaining to the delivery of goods is available promptly and correctly.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Assist the pallet controller with the return of pallets to the warehouse.
  • Perform various ad-hoc duties as required to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative or support function in logistics is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in Payroll and Accounts payable using Kronos experience is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience with TMS and WMS systems is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to operate autonomously and as part of a team.
